"Hello, I took home a chana spices and a punjabi lamb pack from food expo and was asked to let you know how I got on. These were really flavoursome and what I liked about the instructions for the method was that it was really thought through with regard to timing.
I have recently got into cooking indian recipes from scratch and thoroughly love spicey food. The punjabi lamb was a treat. Are these packs available from any supermarkets. I would definately recommend to my friends as it is so simple and so many are put off cooking this type of cuisine as they believe it to be too complicated which indeed it can be. Many thanks"
