How it works
Each spice kit blend has two separate spice packs within. (Except the lamb kebabs)
One pack contains seeds and other contain powder spice blend.
The seeds blends should be crushed slightly to realise the goodness and flavours to season the oil. We recommend sunflower oil or one cal spray if you’re following a slimming world plan.
Ensure the cooking oil is hot to roast the spices. This will give you deep flavours into your food quickly without the needs of lots of salt.
When the spices have been roasted, add the chopped onions and brown off. The second stage of flavouring to take place is the addition of fresh garlic, fresh chillies and fresh ginger. (If you’re in rush, freeze this in the right portions and use from frozen when required)
Having reduce the above down, add a tin of plum tomatoes. This will be the sauce of any fresh Curry. At this stage add fresh produce or meat and add the final powder spices; allow to simmer.
If required, garnish with freshly chopped coriander.
Enjoy your fresh curry with no additives or sugars
